The Order
- We accept purchase orders via fax, e-mail, and the US Postal Service.

Turn Around Time
- Turn arounds do vary greatly depending on the size of the project and current schedules.
- Typical turnaround time for a complete store of fixtures in around one month of receipt of approved drawings to the store shipping.
- Custom millwork lead times vary widely and are typically delivered in stages to accommodate the customer’s needs.
- RJ Millworkers works closely with its customers to ensure delivery of an excellent product on time.

Shipping Information

UPS
- For smaller items shipping companies ie. UPS and FedEx are often the most cost effective way to get what you need, when you need it.
- Our years of experience have shown us exactly how to pack to minimize any damage.

Delivery Van
- For medium sized shipments RJ Millworkers utilizes several different carrier companies that have extensive experience moving store fixtures around the country.
- For time sensitive deliveries we can offer an unpack and de-trash service as well.

Moving Trailer
- For large projects RJ Millworkers utilizes a moving company to provide national delivery that is guaranteed on time
- Individual units are labeled, pad wrapped, and labeled again.
- Most large units are shipped on casters, so they can be wheeled into the site where they are needed, then unwrapped.
- A detailed packing list and numbered floor plan is included with every shipment.
